Quote limit change.
I have decided to up the permitted quote length of quoted articles. The new limit is 250-300 words, but you may not quote the entire article if it is
shorter than that, and don't feel the need to use all 250-300 words, if fewer will get the point across. Our goal is still to point the reader to the
original article to read it. All other rules about quoting still apply.
